Thea and Freda invite you to join us in practicing the Energy Codes. As these codes become a lifestyle rather than an occasional remedy, we are inspired, living a life we love from our true and authentic self. We remember to be the creators we are meant to be.

B.E.S.T. (Bio Energetic Synchronisation Technique) is a non-forceful, energy-balancing procedure used to reestablish the body's full healing potential. These were inspired by and with thanks to our friend and colleague Julie Wilkerson.

About your facilitators:
Thea grew up in Germany. As a teenager, she had a keen interest in health, nutrition, psychology, and human development. This led her to train as a pediatric nurse R.N. and work in the neonatal ER. She was intrigued by natural healing methods and quantum healing in her mid-twenties, which led her to live in India and study Ayurvedic medicine. Training further in Naturopathic Nutrition, Herbalism, and Breathwork in London blossomed into her own distinctive holistic modality in 1993. She moved to the US in 2000 and founded Mind Body Soul Cuisine and Holistic Wellness Coaching, including cleanse programs.
Working for over 30 years with clients with nutrition and wellness coaching, some symptoms or disease would not heal despite big commitments from the individuals. Having her own health issues, Thea was delighted to find Bio-Energetic Medicine at the Morter Institute for Bioenergetics. Thea is certified in the Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique known as B.E.S.T. and Spiritual B.E.S.T. She "healed" her herniated disk that was present for over 4 years in 2 months. In this process, she is inspired to live daily from her true authentic self. Her clients have also healed long-standing conditions. She is a Certified Energy Codes Facilitator and is in the process of becoming a certified Body Awake Yoga teacher.
Thea enjoys traveling all over the world to work with clients in the comfort of their own home as a B.E.S.T. practitioner, personal chef, and wellness coach. She is also available for in-person retreats for individuals and groups.
Her clientele is from all walks of life. She is currently relocating from the US to Portugal.
Freda trusted to finally throw her hat over the corporate fence in October 2022, inspired to explore what would move her from survival to thriving.
Up to that point, she spent many years on personal development, learning Reiki, reflexology, and numerology and qualified as a life coach. She moved between working in corporate, startup businesses, and non-profit organisations. Her role always allowed her to express her creativity and innovative thinking, yet nothing ever moved her beyond the feeling of survival. Therefore, the journey to explore the possibility of thriving. She wanted to discover how she could best use her talents and experience to make a positive impact in this world.
When she left her corporate job, she enrolled in a 10-day Vipassana retreat, where she realised the extent to which she lives in her mind and not in the body. That became the driving force that helped her find the Energy Codes and practicing them daily is helping her to embody her soulful self.
Along the way, she added Certified Energy Codes Facilitator to her qualifications and experience, and she is in the process of becoming a certified BodyAwake Yoga teacher.
Freda lives close to Cape Town, South Africa.
